The Musseau Residences boasts several structural enhancements for its residents’ enjoyment:

Parking and Security
Access to the property is restricted by a tall gate surveilled 24/7 by a trained security guard stationed in an overlooking watch tower. The parking area can accommodate up to 20 cars, 10 of which are reserved for residents (2 per house), and 10 more for visitors.

Accessibility
The residences are accessible by a stairway or a wheelchair friendly ramp situated on the edges of the parking lot.

Maintenance
The grounds’ keeper resides on the property six days a week and there is a bathroom and lockers for the use of support staff near his living quarters.

Pool and Clubhouse
A spacious, airy clubhouse is located at the other end of the parking area with the following key features:

– 20,000-gallon pool (24.5meters perimeter) – Pool deck (354 square meters)
– 2 bathrooms/changing rooms – Storage room
– Bar space – Administration office

Electricity and Water Supply
Electricity and water consumption for each houses using a meter.
The complex is connected to the municipal grid. It also is equipped with a 40 KWA back up generator that supplies electricity to the residences.

There are three water reservoirs on the property:
– a 40,000-gallon reservoir located beneath the parking area.
– a 15,000-gallon reservoir that stores rain water collected from the residences’ roofs.
– a 6,000-gallon reservoir located next to the pool

The 40,000 and 15,000 gallon reservoirs supply the water needs of the five residences.The 6,000 gallon reservoir supplies the pool and also supplements the aforementioned reservoirs.
